RARE (Remote Areas Revitalization through digital Engagement) is a European project focused on reversing rural depopulation by transforming isolated communities into vibrant hubs for work, creativity, and innovation. The project will:
- Implement a 20-hour training program per country covering sustainable tourism, digital communication, digital nomadism trends, and community engagement strategies
- Organize 20-hour community labs for 20 participants per community, focusing on inclusive learning, applied activities, and co-designing solutions for digital nomad integration.
- Develop and publish a community-led call for applications to attract digital nomads, offering them one-month residencies across participating locations, providing structured support and integration activities.
- Design and launch an interactive online matchmaking platform to connect rural communities with digital nomads.
During the project’s execution, Tree leads the design and development of the project’s engagement strategy, delivering the following:
- Project visual identity
- Online and Offline deliverables (communication materials)
- Social media strategy
- Multimedia content (infographics and videos)
