C3-WELL (Culture, Creativity, and Care: Testing Arts-Based Models for Well-being) is an European project focused on integrating artistic and cultural practices into health and social care systems. The project supports cultural and creative professionals in developing, testing, and sustaining arts-based interventions that address social exclusion, mental health challenges, and community well-being. It combines research, training, pilot programs, international exchange, and policy development to ensure that cultural welfare practices are not only tested but embedded into long-term strategies across Europe.
The project has been designed and developed by Tree and 5 additional partners, namely networks and incubators of cultural and creative industries. The proposal has been accepted for funding by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ funding instrument and the project run until October 2027.
During the project’s execution, Tree leads the project’s communication and engagement strategy, delivering the following:
